- brian townsend Review added: 2018.03.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience of hiring a vehicle i have ever had having contacted them to hire a small car just to get back and for work i was persuaded to take a larger car a mondeo as my car was in Nathaniel cars awaiting repairs having been shown around the car pretty much hastily i took the car having returned the vehicle the lady checked the car over saying everything was ok after asking for my deposit back she quickly got out of the car and made a bee line for the nsr of car to find a scratch and contacted her manger and fellow college to inspect the mark saying i was responsible for it which i deny and demand i pay 1000 pound excess i told i wasnt to blame but he kept on insisting that he had to take payment i was given the impression i wasn't leaving untill i payed something he kept my deposit and took another 100 of my car and then offered to drive me home i refused i later rang my bank to stop them taking any more money next morning i rang their head office complained sent them a email of what happen even sent them a letter no reply as far as i concerned they knew about the mark before i hired the car it was there before I hired it they know it rip off never use them again and i will be fighting this i want my deposit back.
