But the speaker is faulty so I phoned The Carphone Warehouse fault team who heard the problem with the speaker while I was on the call to them & told me to take it back to shop. I took it back but they refused to help me, said the phone is not faulty. I was with a small child, I was intimidated by the manager NIPUN & BEN & another salesman. The 3 of them together gave me a really hard time when I stayed there & complained. Then I found out BEN had given me incorrect info just to sell the phone. The manager NIPUN refused to listen to me even when I called customer services from inside the store. I made that compalint over 3 weeks ago but have had no feedback. I am left with a faulty £360 new phone.
