  I would not recommend a Halo membership to anyone. Monthly payments are over £40 so I switched to yearly as the payments are slightly cheaper at £35. Due to personal reasons, I have been unable to attend to use the facilities for almost 2 months. I have still payed the first month but went to cancel just before the second month of being unable to attend. I'm not able to cancel as it's a yearly subscription. So basically, you cannot cancel your membership under any circumstances and still have to pay. Imagine if someone was physically unable to use the facilities anymore? There's nothing they could do. As a second result, I've had to put my membership on freeze and I can't afford to pay my monthly payments. I still have to pay a small amount to keep my membership on freeze. I think this whole idea is completely ridiculous. I have events which are completely out of my control and cannot cancel and still have to pay even though I cannot attend to use the facilities. I'm struggling financially as it is. And now, I have been charged my usual payment of £35 even though my membership is on freeze. That means I have even less money now for petrol and food and I have a lot of stress and anxiety because of this. I cannot get hold of them over the phone, have rung several times.  Certain things happen in life and we should feel comfortable knowing that if we are struggling, we can cancel. Absolutely outraged and disgusted by this. People should know how ridiculous Halo's system is as I don't want anyone being in my situation.
